Vision: The Grace Community Development Corporation envisions a thriving community where all people have ready access to the resources necessary to develop skills and receive holistic support that will enable them to achieve their full potential.

Technology Mission: To prevent minorities, ages 5 to 85, in the Catonsville and West Baltimore areas from falling father behind in utilizing technology in a technologically advancing society.

Technology Objectives are to provide:
 Access to computers via a computer lab.
 Provide instruction and support in using computers and other technology tools for a variety of purposes.
 Support in purchasing computers for home and business use.

Health objectives of Grace Community Development Corporation include providing the targeted community with:
 Information sessions about preventing and responding to high risk diseases.
 Therapeutic services for people with treatable conditions.
 Facilitated support groups for individuals with diseases and conditions.

The objectives of Economic Empowerment are to provide:
 Resources and on-demand support for adults in the areas of personal and family financial management.
 Resources and ongoing support for youth and adults starting businesses.
 Employment services, including how to-become employed and how-to-become better employed.
Partners: Seeking partnerships with local and state agencies, business associations, local schools, and others with a similar mission.

The objectives of the Youth Development programs are to provide:
 Tutoring, information and guidance to help them access optimal educational resources.
 Emotional support through peer-to-peer mentoring.
 Guidance in entrepreneurship and other aspects of financial management.
